New Report: The Skills Gap Is Moving Faster Than Learning Can Keep Up

A TalentLMS survey of 1,500 US respondents finds 70% of employees say they need faster ways to practice and apply new skills to keep pace with changing work demands, but 44% say day-to-day work leaves no time to learn; 53% are now pursuing skills development on their own initiative rather than through employer programs.
