Managers Say They Don't Feel Ready to Lead an AI-Fluent Workforce
An Indeed/YouGov survey finds 43% of managers feel poorly or not-at-all equipped to lead AI-fluent employees, while 52% of workers say they aren't getting the AI training they need. Employer expectations for AI use are running two-to-three times ahead of worker comfort levels, and 31% of employers expect AI fluency to be required for nearly every job within two years.
